During your first session, you will undergo a comprehensive consultation and mobility assessment. Under the supervision of a therapist, you will engage in walking, standing, squatting, and stair-climbing exercises. The session will conclude with a performance review, personalized feedback, and a discussion of your future rehabilitation plan.
Our sessions last 40 to 60 minutes, allowing for focused, personalized treatment and effective rehabilitation.
Each individual’s recovery and rehabilitation journey are different. The therapist will be able to advise you of a personalized training session and frequency after the initial assessment.
